This is a great GMRS radio. I can connect this radio to my Bluetooth headset and either pair a remote PTT button or press the radio PTT button and talk into the microphone on my PPG helmet. This radio also has wired connection, same as other Baofeng radios. I like this radio for the features it offers. I can use this radio and my Icom A16B where both are connected to my headset using Bluetooth. I don’t always need my Aviation radio, so I can use this radio with my phone connected to Bluetooth. Basically, with the features and connection options, I can use it to fit the situation. I enjoy having options and this radio offers them, along with the build quality needed to be outside in the weather. This radio only uses GMRS channels, but is customizable using an app on an Android or iPhone.
