Powered Paragliding Equipment
Essential Powered Paragliding equipment includes paramotor, paraglider and helmet. Also things to consider are footwear, appropriate clothes and radio harness.
Paramotor
Paramotors are only part of the required equipment to get into the air. However, most people walk up to me and say how much for one of these? I gladly continue the conversation and describe the paramotor as a means of pushing me, but the glider does the lifting. If you are not flying in a place with a breeze and a hill, then you will need one of these paramotors to give you the push needed to fly on a paraglider.
Paraglider
Paragliders come in many forms with variable flight characteristics. Beginner pilots will use larger more stable wings that tend to fly in all flying conditions. Advanced pilots will usually want to be more dynamic and fly smaller faster dynamic paragliders.
